Very true and most of the time with disabilities they will work with you in getting a phone that works best for you. Also try talking to someone in the loyality department. ;0)

The flip-phone I have now, wasn't a switch on Verizon's part. It was
due to phone falling out of my hippack n' dropping onto the road. But
yes, I have heard of cell phone providers trying to intentionally
upgrade an account, without the customer realizing it.
