Thats the problem when they lock us into contracts then constantly switch phones. :(
Have you tried calling the main number and asking for support specialists?

I wonder what I will do, if I still have to use Verizon, but they get
rid of the flip-phone, and phones with (slightly)raised buttons. In
100% favor of IPhone technology.
