Thanks. I am not a calorie counter- not my thing at all. I do strive to break my fast with an apple. Sometimes followed by some almond butter. That is at 2, I generally have a beer or a glass of wine while making dinner and have dinner at 6 ish. I sometimes have dessert. But, always nothing after 7. I have not struggled much with the desire to eat when the window is shut. As I say- I sometimes want the different textures- creamy, crunchy, etc. and that can be hard. I feel that I conveniently forgot
about the part where one eats only if hungry...sometimes I just eat when the window is open- even if my tummy is full. Maybe that is why I am losing so slowly.
