Dear Edward,
Dragon Fruit Salad:
Peel off the skin: Cut the pulp into thin slices.
Arrange Iceberg Lettuce on a plate and place the
fruit slices on it the way you like it. Mix 2tsp. vinegar,
lime juice, ground black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Beat it well and sprinkle on top of the arranged slices of fruit.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves (without the stem).
Ps: There are two varieties of Dragon: The Red and White.
Red variety is much tastier than the white.
Red variety is more roundish than the White.
