green tea is nasty i only drink Lipton tea 3 gallons a day and no tea does not bother me with my meds unless i drink 2 mt dews as long as they are not back to back have to drink 3 hours or more for the second mt dew if not then ill be bouncing off the walls can not sit still or sleep. Water is nasty ive tried every type of water and it is nasty as i have only found Lipton tea to quench my thirst I take klonopin lithium lexapro haldahil respidahal airocept and 2 other ones i forget there names plus i am on a cpap machine and oxygen at night they want me to be on oxygen 24/7 i told them im not going to carry around no oxygen take in a back or nothing i refuse For me to go to wall mart i use a motor grocery cart if not i get half way down the main isle and have to stop sit down and catch my breath I am only 40 yrs old it is sue to the damn government screwing me up when i was born sticking me with all kinds of crap as i was born 3 pounds 2 ounces 13
inches long and also it is chemicals i breathed in while living on the army base with all the fumes and chemicals plus also farming with the fertilizers and chemicals plus also welding with them fumes also not counting smoking cigarettes. And yes just about once a year lipton send me about 3 months supply of tea which is good as they found out how much i drink but it is the only thing that queenches my thirst
Been hospitalized because of the heat with the meds as i am hard headed as the doctor and always the pharmacy tells me to limit my time out side but i rather be out side and not inside as being inside sucks i like to be out side but i know what happens if i am out side to long as i like to swim but heck can not swim out side and i refuse to go to the YMCA to swim who knows what other people have done in the pool.
As when i moved which i am not moving no more i like my doctor and i do not got time to go threw the new doctors bull crap again how do you function with those emds it will kill a horse thats to many milligrams il taking you off this or that no the hell your not leave me alone it works and have to tell them to contact my main doctor that i put threw hell to get the right meds and combination as i put him threw hell and now i am fine and it all works for me as some doctors think there is no way i can function with the dosages and how many time a day but it works for me and im able to function not sleep all day as i used to do when i first started on the meds back in 1999
Yes every 3 to 6 months i have to go get blood work done to make sure it is not effecting my heart liver and other things and none has been effected yet

Hi Junior, depression and Bi-Polar are linked with Oxidative Stress too.
Geez, what type of tea are you drinking?? Just try drinking a glass or 2 of
water immediately upon waking, before eating etc. It is directly absorbed
and rehydrates us after a long night with no hydration. Does the caffeine
affect you?
Green tea is supposed to be the best and contains the most antioxidant power
of the teas. One problem though with tea is that it is a diuretic, it
dehydrates us like coffee.

C, Many Epi meds are well known to deplete natural body Antioxidants
causing higher levels of Oxidative Stress. Antioxidants are the things our
bodies produce to naturally fight oxidative stress. Oxidative Stress is
recognized as very prevalent factor in Epi AND Alzhiemers. Antioxidants may
/ can help both Epi and Alzheimers. Much research is available on both. They
really have helped my little girl a lot. Here's a piece on Epi:
http://www.irjponline.com/admin/php/uploads/vol2-issue2/9.pdf If you do a
google search on: Alzhiemer's Oxidative Stress >> do it just like that,
you will find much similar info. One of the other most important ways to
fight Oxidative Stress especially for the brain to drink plenty of water
every day. Of course check with a doctor b4 trying anything!
Statistics show even an unrecognizable 1% dehydration can cause a 5%
cognitive decline! Your welcome to email me direct for more if you like.

I'm epileptic since I was 6 years old, I tried all the anti-epileptic drugs
and my seizure decreased a lot with Klonopin only (almost disappeared).
So I take Klonopin for 27 years and lately I read several studies which are
saying that benzos cause dementia/alzheimer.
http://www.naturalnews.com/037468_anxiety_drugs_dementia_warning.html
Is somebody taking klonopin?
I don't want to switch to keppra, I read the side effects and I'm scarred.
Thank you.
Celine
