Hi! Congrats on your results. I'm starting F5 again today to lose about 45 lbs. I have done it before and remember losing 8 lbs in a month, but that was without really reigning in the sugar/junk food much.
This time I intend to eat Paleo/Primal most of the time, so hopefully the results will be even better. I think last time I plateaued and gave up. Silly me! I am sick and tired of losing & gaining the same 8 pounds!
I'll stay off the scale until next Tuesday! Today I got 167.5 after being down to 161.5 just a week ago. Every time I hit about 160 my body revolts!! I am shooting for 120.
