Hi Erin.......Where do you live?  R U on meds to control the seizures?  What helped me is going day/day and if I felt fine and not tired or "out of it" I would go about my day.  Do you have family or friends that you can be around?

I am having another eeg done.I get so frustrated no one can tell me why I
have the seizures its gotten so bad I won't take a walk,or going to grocery
stores for fear of seizures.I had 2 seizures 4 hrs apart 3 weeks ago and it
makes me feel really sad I do hope they can find a reason.Really am looking
for friends I am very lonely
