Weekends I'm pretty much OFF fast-5, mainly due to family/social events. Monday feels really good coming back to it.
first, good luck. i did the same, starting and falling off then coming back. and it was easier the second time for me too.
second, as far as peer pressure, one way to handle those who don't like it is "i know fast 5 doesn't work for some everyone but it works for me". personally, i think it's rude to tell someone how to live their life. we can discuss our views but not push our views.
