Even though I knew this was coming........I got a notice from DMV saying that my license has been suspended indefinitely (I live in NJ). I havent' driven since my first seizure in November, 2010 but had high hopes that I would be seizure free by this time but my last seizure was in July. The DMV doctors think that I am too sick and that I even have to take my damn driving test again - NO WAY! I already have a lawyer for that as having seizures does not mean you are incapacitated for life. (Now I have to convince myself of that!) LOL.....I'm going to call on Monday and find out if I can keep it for ID only and I shouldnt' have to pay for a license yet again for just ID.
Anyone else from NJ here that is being discriminated against because of Epilepsy?
