Sweet Greens Smoothie - 7g Carbs, 2g Fiber, 3g Sugar

1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1/2 cup (65 g) peeled, chopped cucumber
1 cup (30 g) fresh spinach, washed
3/4-1 cup (110-150 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
1. Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Yield: 5 cups (1.2 l)
Serving Size: 1 cup (240 ml)
