Broccoli with Lemon Sauce - 2g Carbs, 1g Fiber, 1g Sugar

 Fresh broccoli only needs a little enhancement. To vary this 
 recipe, add 1/2 tsp marjoram and 1/2 tsp dried basil to the 
 lemon-butter mixture.
 Serves: 8
 Serving Size: 1/2 cup
 
 1 1/2 lb fresh broccoli florets
 2 Tbsp reduced-fat margarine
 2 Tbsp lemon juice
 1 large lemon, cut into wedges
 
 Place broccoli into a vegetable steamer basket over boiling water. 
 Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until broccoli is just tender.
 
 In a small skillet, melt margarine, then add lemon juice. Drizzle 
 lemon butter over broccoli, and serve with lemon wedges.
 
 Serves: 8
