That's a point. I have never done extended fasting ... the IF version works well for me and my lifestyle. And my "movement" is fine I think.
The stones can be there for years and years though before you know about them, so it's hard to say when they happen.

It's not even enough pain to consult a doctor yet (we're in the middle of moving too otherwise I'd have probably gone in to have it checked out) so gallstones is self-diagnosed.
