I am on day 3 of my second attempt at fast - 5. First time I managed about 6 weeks and was just starting to see real results but fell off badly when I became ill.
This time if anything it seems easier. I started cold turkey and even after 3 days I don't feel any more hungry at break - fast than I was on a normal day when I would have eater breakfast and lunch before this time.
I seem to have more not less energy and the somatic hunger is manageable. I have even managed to get an old colleague to join me on the plan this time.
I do suffer from a huge amount of peer pressure though, none of my friends or other colleagues understand my goal or the method of getting there at all!
I am a very active individual, coming up on 40yrs old, weight train and kickboxing as sport, fast 5 seems to fit in no problem.
The time that I have released back into my life is great, i get so much done now without having to stop for breakfast or lunch.
Really think I can sustain the fast-5 lifestyle this time!!!
