Such awesome news!! And that is a really short time frame to be seeing such positive changes...
Since you said, "The first two weeks were the hardest,..." I wondered how others have felt about that. Does the hunger schedule really seem to get "on board" with the fasting times? I did SO well for awhile, and that seemed to be happening. Then I started getting really hungry earlier in the day, gave in on occasion, and now am having a hard time getting back on track. I have mild hypothyroidism so I'm on the fence about really forcing the fasting time, or avoiding the cortisol stress issue by eating when I get super hungry. If anyone has thoughts I would certainly be interested.
