[epilepsy] Re: Post seizure headache

For a headache at anytime, this always seems to work for me. I forget where I learned it.

Fill the tub (if you have one) with cold water enough to cover the ankles. Get in and walk back and forth slowly until your feet are pretty-much numb and you no-longer bothered by how cold they were at first. Lie down and your headache will melt-away.

Of course, after an seizure, you surely want to be careful since your standing. Even though you won't be standing long, if you feel like another event could be starting be sure to get out.

Pretty neat home remedy, I think. Let me know if anybody else tried it for a headache.
