400mgs, but it just made me feel depressed. I still had seizures with that
dose. He took it back down to 300mgs. I take 150mg pills twice a day now.
Even though I am not for sure, I think 400mgs is the most they will give
you. It does seem to help my seizures better than without it though. Hope
you don't have anymore seizures anytime soon.Take care and if there is
