Salmon Cheese Ball - 27g Carbs, 4g Fiber

8 oz low-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp Swanson Organic Dill Weed
Swanson Crystal Himalyan Salt, Swanson Organic Peppercorns (ground), and
Swanson Organic Garlic Powder, to taste
1 (5.65oz can) Raincost Trading Wild Sockeye Salmon
3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped Swanson Organic Walnuts
In mixing bowl, beat cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, dill,
salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well blended. Drain and flake
salmon, then beat into cheese mixture until well blended. Chill the
mixture until it is firm enough to handle. Shape it into a ball or
log, then coat with parsley and walnuts. Cover and chill thoroughly.
