Citrus Grilled Salmon - 3g Total Carbs

Coat salmon fillets in a pan with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Blend. Then
top with alternating lemon and orange slices, sprinkle with white wine
and bake to perfection.

2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
4 4 oz salmon fillets
4 slices of lemon
4 slices of orange
2 Tbsp white wine
Cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with
cooking spray.

2. Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
Seasoning Blend

3. Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish.

4. Sprinkle fish with wine.

5. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325 degrees F. and
continue to cook 5 minutes more. Rest 3 - 4 minutes before serving.
