I went on vacation to the beach last week and adhered mostly to Fast-5 the whole time. The exception was that I used half and half in my coffee instead of my usual heavy cream. It's REALLY tough to find heavy cream in this fat-phobic world.
Anyway,I didn't gain any weight during the trip so it seems that fast-5 is an effective tool for controlling your weight even on vacation. YAY Fast-5!
As many of you may remember, I ride a bike to work and I also generally have really huge food cravings while at home no matter what I eat during my window. I noticed last week while on vacation that I wasn't hardly hungry. As far as I can tell, it could be one of three things:
1) No exercise
2) Lots of sleep
3) No stress
Could be a combination of the three FAIK. But it sure was nice not to crave food. Now that I'm back home, getting up early, and back on the bike, I'm craving more food again.
Thought I'd share in case anyone is struggling with food cravings.
