[fast5] Re: Fast 5 on vacation

 

Congratulations! I did the opposite, I went on a 3 day trip with a group of people. I went off Fast-5, and off any diet, and gained 4 pounds. Duh.

I just wanted to be part of the group and not make a fuss. I ate a lot of bread, for one thing, I normally don't eat. Not to mention 3 meals a day.

Well, I will fast it back off.
