[fast5] Re: Couple of Questions need some ideas

Yes sorry I eat beef, chicken, turkey, fish and eggs too. I don't eat pork for religious reasons. I don't have a problem digesting. It is actually just my body reacting to the foods. Letting my stomach rest with this program is what actually helps. The oils I eat are olive oil, coconut oil, canola, flax (although I think I react to this too, I'm testing right now), and occasionally sunflower seeds. I started reacting to safflower so I cut that out.

Grains even rice and quinoa cause me to have a constant sinus headache and pressure, although I could try then again now that I'm doing fast 5. I don't have as many sinus problems and it is my peak allergy season. I haven't even had to take any allergy meds.

Diary typically just causes mucus in my throat, but that is mainly when I drink milk or have ice cream, not really with cheese.
