You don't mention meat or fish in your list, or eggs? Are you vegetarian too? The foods you list are all very low calorie. My inclination would be to add, say, fatty fish, or coconut oil, both of which digest easily. White rice is usually easy to digest too. If you eat ginger or kimchi with meals, that definitely helps digestion. So does konjac powder.
Dairy is hard for a lot of people to digest, but if you can do cheese it might help.

Fast 5 is still working great for me, but I am running into a couple of problems. I typically eat between 2:30 & 3, work out for around an hours sometime between 5:30 and 7. I then cook dinner and eat between 7:30 & 8.
Here is the problem if I eat too much when I break fast I get tired at my desk in the afternoon falling asleep. I also feel tired when I do my workout. If I keep it light (ie not many calories typically around 3-400 calories) I don't get sleepy and I don't feel tired during my workout. Since I don't get done with my workout until close to 7 or after 7, I can't eat until then. I eat too much at 7:30 & 8 I don't sleep well because I'm too full.
Part of the problem is that I have food allergies/sensitivities, and do best eating Paleo (ie no grains, diary, potatoes, or beans). To make it worse I can't have any nuts due to my allergies. Well that and I can't eat avocados, tomatoes, turnips, parsnips, and I can only have a small amount of beets. Fruit I can't have pears, mangos, bananas, and apples I can only have 1 every couple of days or I react. Pineapples I react sometimes. No citrus fruit either. I can only eat so much squash(including melons) without a problem too.
I'm just looking for some suggestions on trying to increase my calories. I'm thinking about maybe cycling yams some days and cheese another to help increase my intake a little. Any other thoughts?
