lmao!!!! tell us how you REALLY feel! lol.. sadly i agree. BUT everyone seemed to like diffrent parts that others hated.. i think overall besides patti the whole thing was a hot cripsy mess. Janell Monae was a mess,and ill never know for the life of me why alicia keys would rather strain and yell through a song rather than picking another one or changing the key.. ( after all she DOES play the piano- she didnt have to yell and ruin adore) but my sister thought every one did well. just depends on what u were looking for. ive seen all of the good BET tributes and i expected SOOOOOO much more because for someone like Prince, if asked, people would have been lining up to perform. BET is known for finding folks we havent seen in years (enter debarge here- and he jammed by the way) so to me it almost looks as if BET didnt even really try.. unless Prince randomly drew 4 names.. and ummmmm how does Chaka NOT sing???? who made that  decision??

fyi did any one see the look on Princes face when Trey Songs (bless his soul) started butchering purple rain? i died from laughter

 I was truly disappointed in the tribute to one of the GREATEST MUSICIAN, SONG WRITER, PERFORMER OF ALL TIME! Esperanza & Alicia were the only two who did "some" justice-Lifetime Achievements were not showcased!!! What happened to, "For You", "I Wanna Be Your Lover", "Dirty Mind", "Controversy" , "Housequake" , "Sign 'O' The Times", "When Doves Cry"....I COULD GO ON!!!!! BET owes PRINCE an APOLOGY, as well as another TRIBUTE!!!
