[fast5] Re: Vegetarian/Vegan???

I'll toss my subjective experiences out there for the $.02 that it is worth.

When I eat 50/50 or more-plant-than-animal diet, I find the fasting to be harder. More fatigue, more chance of hunger outside my window, and more appetite during my window. When I eat more-animal-than-plant, the fast is very easy and my calorie content is lower as well.

That said, I'm just one person, and I've seen a lot of variation in how people's bodies react to different food combinations, so someone who does well already on a vege(tari)n diet may be able to thrive with the combination.
