[fast5] Re: Just beginning ('good' of intermittent fasting)



It does help when I start showing results and I still maintain my workout regime. I can still run 6 miles and I feel great, and I still continue to do crossfit. It will be allot easier to convince people when they start seeing the results on me. Also the money saving aspect of it gets a few of them intrigued.
