[epilepsy] Re: Folic Acid & Seizures???

My doctor wants me to take folic acid and B12 daily. I take 800 mcg of folic acid and a high dose of B12, both in the forms of methylcobalamin and hydroxycobalamin. They work together, and help repair the brain and nervous system, especially the mylein sheath.

My B12 comes in a nasal spray from a compounding pharmacy, and helps with brain inflammation. I can feel it very quickly when using it. Sometimes they put the B12 and folic acid together in the spray formula.

It is important to take all the B vitamins, not just single ones.

Good luck!

Love,
jnanda
