[epilepsy] Take Action to Support Epilepsy!‏/from EFA

Take Action to Support Epilepsy!

Take Action!

Share your Personal Story, Help Raise Awareness

On President Obama's 100th day in office both the House and Senate passed its annual budget.  The budget sets the framework for Congress to make spending decisions on programs like Medicare, medical research and more.

The Epilepsy Foundation is now working to persuade Congress to provide maximum funding for epilepsy research and programs.  But we need your help!  Unless members of Congress hear from constituents like you, there could be shortfalls in funding for these important programs.

Please take a moment to contact your Representative today and (a) share your personal story about living with epilepsy and (b) urge him/her to support the Foundation's funding requests for these important programs.  Information about these programs is available in our action alert, but please feel free to contact me if I can provide additional information.

Many thanks for taking action!
