Good as a spread on sandwiches.

1 can chickpeas
5 medium-to-large artichoke hearts
1/2 cup fresh spinach
Juice of one lemon
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Put all ingredients into a food processor and then blend to desired consistency.
