Hi all! Congrats on the 2 week mark! I am about 1 1/2 weeks in... I have noticed that I am much less ravenous in the mornings- being a big time breakfast eater all of my life! I find that on days that I don't have a lot of structure, I tend to graze the entire 5 hr window- probably not cutting back on my caloric intake. However, on the days that are typical and full of structure, I am able to eat 2 regular meals and a snack- hopefully containing fewer calories overall. I have not weighed myself yet- I am pre-menstrual and don't want to be depressed by the extra water weight. I will probably wait until the 3 week mark at least before weighing myself. Overall, i would like to go down at least 20 lbs, but I'm not holding my breath- I've been stalled for the past 1 1/2 yrs.
I echo the previous poster's request for some details about Rick's eating/exercise habits- if you don't mind :-)
Healthy fasting everyone!
-Sophie

Rick -
I'm interested in hearing your story on F5 since you've been on it for 4 years now and successfully at that!
Would you mind sharing what you typically eat? What you eat to break the fast and what you would eat during your window?
Also, how much water do you typically drink and do you drink diet drinks/soda outside of your window?
Do you exercise? If so, when and how intense and when?
Any tips...? Do's and don'ts?
I know this is a lot of questions, I appreciate any response you would have time for.
Thank you.

Today I am 204. I am in for a long haul- but, I am inspired. Anyone else out there looking to lose about 40 lbs.? I know that one way to success for me will be to get on the scale once a week forever. It is so easy to not get on when you know you are gaining.
