Hi all- I am two weeks in! I have lost 8 pounds! I lost 60 lbs. a few years ago- but they found me again. I saw 192 on my way up- and then did not weigh again until recently (217.5). Today I am 204. I am in for a long haul- but, I am inspired. Anyone else out there looking to lose about 40 lbs.? I know that one way to success for me will be to get on the scale once a week forever. It is so easy to not get on when you know you are gaining.
