[fast5] Re: Two years now

 

Congratulations on your success!! Very encouraging to hear.

I've been doing Fast 5 since August 16th. I've lost 10 pounds bit by bit. I eat whatever I want - usually a regular supper with the family including dessert - and perhaps some fruit and yogurt or tea and crackers before I go to bed.

My stomach growls during the day - but I don't find it too hard to wait til 4 or 5 to open the window.

I've been successful on a lot of diets but I always have gained it back. This is the first time that I think I might be successful for life because I don't have to "cheat". I can have whatever I'd like during the window. And I can bake, which I love to do, because I can eat it during the window. yay!

I have about 10-15 more pounds to lose. I'm happy to let them come off slowly. I'm not in a rush. And that's a first too.

So glad to have found this way of eating.
