[fast5] Re: two weeks in

 

Thanks for the motivation!    Would you say that you lost about 1 lb. per week for the whole time?  I am just curious.  I feel good overall- more energy and a much improved sense of well-being around food.  I would of thought that I would feel more frantic about eating and plan meals more.  It turns out that I approach my window in a fairly relaxed manner- ready to eat, but, not crazy!

Really tho- thanks for the reply- it is pretty quiet on this group!
