Dear Friends,

Epilepsy California is working with others in California to identify issues
and problems as regards the implementation of SB161 (diastat
administration in schools) so that we can cooperatively develop a single FAQ
sheet on this topic for use statewide.

We would be so grateful if you would do this survey and pass it on to others
and then give us
feedback on the actual survey afterwards.
