This is what I do. Start reading a book, do a word puzzle, me I crochet until I find myself making mistakes
then I know it is time to turn down the light and tv and usually to sleep. There are bad nights though, but
for the most part good. Give yourself that 2hrs .... have a good bath too that will help.
