Hi,
I'm on the generic and haven't had any issues with it. For me it works just fine in combo with generic zonegran.
Your other option though as a Medicare counselor is to ask your doctor to petition your plan to cover the brand. People do this all the time...it would defintely be more $$...probably a tier 3 cost.
