I sometimes Question my doctor about new or changes in drugs he is making just to be sure. Otherwise I for the
most part stick with his suggestions as have pretty well run out of doctors here (in this province in Canada)
and would not like to get on his bad side as we have had fairly good luck with him....just needs a few
suggestions now and then. If not come home to my family doctor and she adjusts accordingly. They both have
good communication so one lets the other know what doing.

Dear Rebecca,
So glad you reached out to this community! It's too bad when others
(be it well-meaning doctors or family) hinder the expression of what you
want to do. It is a free world, and no one should "make" others take
drugs if they don't want to. It's not silly at all to want to feel
your best, and if you best off medication - then that is it! It's
different for everyone. There are also many other ways to support your
body and mind. The most important at this time may be doing what you
just did: Get support for what you want to do, when others are telling
you no. This is something I feel so passionate about, I've chosen to do
it full-time. Feel free to contact me at www.epilepsyhealthcoach.com
<http://www.epilepsyhealthcoach.com> , or just give me call.
Breathe easy ~ you are perfectly sane [:)] Adrienne
