Hey everyone. I briefly mentioned this way back in December, but my 80s cover art book, entitled "Put the Needle on the Record: The 1980s at 45 Revolutions per Minute" is finally going to press! Prince has three pages in the book, and I had lengthy interviews with two of his chief designers! To recap, it's a cover art book featuring 7-inch and 12-inch single sleeves from the 1980s. Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters did the foreword, and Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran the afterword. Commentary is also included from over 100 musicians and designers, everyone from Annie Lennox and Yoko Ono to Duran Duran and Gary Numan.
