Re: [fast5] Official 2 week mark

Glad it is working for you!

I just started doing the "water first thing in the morning" routine (rather than my usual cup of coffee) and I have to say I feel a lot more energized and my stomach is happier.

Alright so today is my official 2 week mark on fast 5.  It has gone extremely smooth.  I am now using the 3-8 window, which is pretty much my natural window that my body prefers.  I would often skip breakfast for various reason, then eat lunch around 2:30-3 then have dinner around 8.  So definately works the best for me.

I don't have the extreme hunger that I had the first week when I was trying to push it to 5 or 6.  I no longer really have the uncrontrollable desire to eat sweet &/or junk food things either.  I mean I still want ice cream when I see others eat it, but it isn't compulsive where I have to go and get ice cream right now like it was before.

I found that I'm really only hungry if I don't eat enough the days I workout, or I don't drink a bottle of water when I wake up.  Normally first thing when I wake up I go to the bathroom, let my dog out so she can go, then I drink 16oz bottle of water. Well this morning I didn't so my stomach has been grumbling and I've felt hungry.

But it is going great so far.  My stomach issues from my allergies have subsided quite a bit and when I have a problem it doesn't last for several hours, it just seems to last for maybe an hour.  I've also managed to loose 4lbs the last two weeks too.

It seems between this, and eating mostly Paleo (I eat paleo 80% of the time) is the perfect combination for me.
