I have epilepsy and recieve a price reduction for public transportation
in Baltimore, MD & Washington, D.C. because of disability.  I have a doctor in
New York another one at NYU filled in my application. I've tried twice and MTA
(Metropolitan Transpotation Administration) won't give me a reduced fare but
MTA hasn't provided (and won't) give me a reduced fare on NY's subway.
