you said "Personally too, I dislike Sparkpeople because of all
the ads, and their emphasis on certain kinds of foods"
i would like to say, i have checked out a few sites that i could join that are similar. they wanted me to pay or they have ads on them. i checked out spark people because of the post here and i really like it. i don't pay attn to the ads because i know they are the reason the site is free to me. i'm not trying to change your mind, just wanted to give my opinion. which is that spark people is a great site with easy to use trackers, lots of support, great motivational tools, etc.
i love fast 5 and one important thing i love about it is the flexibility. i choose my window and i choose the foods i eat. i enjoy reading about others ideas and opinions which makes this a good group.
