[fast5] Re: Invitation

 

Thank you!

I had already decided that this was going to be my last email digest from this group - I've had it up to *here* with all the 'food evangelism' going on in this group - the 'only *this* food is right' and 'you're a fool if you eat *that*'. (Oh, it's not said quite so plain, but the meaning is clear.)

I appreciate Heather, because she, at least, is reasoned and never sounds like she's pushing much, more that she's just describing what's worked for her (but may not work for everyone).

Still, though - really not interested in the rest of the attitude on this list, and am super-tired of 'oh, you're not losing weight? Well it *must* be because you don't have enough 'stamina' to hold out the fasting period' (i.e., you're overly hungry (and probably cheating) because you're not eating what *I*, The Great Guru, eats.) Uh, no, I'm *not* actually hungry, thanks, but it's lovely to know that you know SO much more about me than I do. Fabulous.

I'll check out your new list, but no guarantees I'll stay....food evangelists tend to follow these things around.
