Congrats on getting the VitaMix... it is an awesome machine.
I have had one for a few months now... and I love it!
I began a "File" for VitaMix recipes. Most I find do not
include nutrition, but do have healthy ingredients in them
that I know I can use. Once you get familiar with using it
you will begin to develop your own favorite recipes with
ingredients that are favorites and you know fit into your
diet needs.
So, I will begin "Filing" and posting recipes for use in the
"VitaMix"... be watching for them!

I recently bought a VitaMix and am looking for recipes that are diabetic friendly for it. Sorbets, soups, etc. Does anyone have any they can share?
