1-2 celery stalks, halved
1/8 white onion, peeled
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 medium baked potato
2 1/4 cups (540 ml) hot water
3 oz cooked chicken (optional)
1. Place all ingredients, except chicken, into the VitaMix container and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to
High.
4. Blend for 2-3 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented
lid.
5. Reduce speed to Variable 3 and remove the lid plug.
6. Add the chicken through the lid plug opening. Blend until chicken
is chopped, about 10 seconds. Serve immediately.
