Baked Salmon with a Cashew Hoisin Crust - 11.7g Carbs, 1.4g Fiber
2, 5 oz salmon fillets
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup unsalted, roasted cashews, crushed
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place salmon in a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking dish. Brush the top of the salmon with hoisin sauce. Top the hoisin sauce with cashews. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
