Hi Everyone,
I called my insurance company (BCBS) and was told that it doesn't matter if my doctor writes a letter or not about the importance of taking Keppra rather than switching to the generic. My copay will be $50. I was told that as of May 1st generic prescription prices have tripled and name brands have gone up by 2 1/2 times what they were.
Thanks for your suggestions. I will continue to take Keppra. Take care.
Terry
