[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Vegetarian Reciepe for Diabetics

 

Take 6 spoons of beans(kala Channa in Hindi) boil it with salt as requirement. Cut very small pieces of onion & mix it with boiled beans.Mix chili as your taste. Then take 1/2 cup of curd & mix with above prepared reciepe. This is low calorie & vegetarian reciepe for diabetics. It can consume as breakfast as well evening snacks.
