[epilepsy] Truth stranger than fiction?

 

Can truth be stranger than fiction?

Yes.

Two of the books which report that certain FDA approved medicines can
temporarily improve aspects of brain/mind functioning (not a cure) are written
by non-doctors who have no links to the pharmaceutical industry.

The books were written because the authors were personally surprised that FDA
approved medicines could affect (not a cure) the brain/mind:
