2 cups romaine lettuce, torn
1 large shallot, sliced thinly
6 1/2 oz marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
4 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced thinly
6 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp dried basil
Add the vegetables to a bowl. Whisk the oil, vinegar, parsley, lemon juice, garlic and basil. Pour the dressing on the vegetable and toss.
