Hi everyone..

I just wanted to share a video my husband helped me make of my walk in nature whilst under the influence of aura and a simple partial seizure (if thats what we are allowed to call it these days - they keep changing the words)

I have been trying to face the fear and confusion that comes up when i have a seizure - and trying to bring in a feeling of awareness that the context shift and fear is in my brain and that in general i am safe. These 'walks' are a part of that - I hadn't planned them i just happened to feel inspired to use my phone to take pictures and videos on my first walk (probably because i could feel my carer at the other end of the potential line)
