I would love to see the scale just PLUMMET! But that ain't happening for me at all. I am not UP at all...but my weight varies from 1 to 5 lbs lost on any given day.
I won't get discouraged yet...I kind of have it in my mind to continue eating this way til my birthday at the end of JULY...THEN i'll consider if I have to CHANGE something again.
I reread FAST-5 last night and it just confirmed for me what I would LIKE TO HAVE HAPPEN...Live off the fat stores until at goal weight and then MAINTAIN by watching my weight weekly and adjusting my fasting accordingly.
I am curious though.
Has anyone noticed sensitivities to certain foods moreso than usual?
I did read that it was encouraged to choose fruits and vegetables to break the fast.
I believe that my body is not liking GRAINS at all. If I steer clear of them altogether, I feel better.
How necessary is it to WATCH what you are eating...I do not choose SUGARY things, I don't tend toward CALORIE bombs. I would guess sodium intake and such can affect the scale?
Any input is appreciated!
